Can I invite previous teammates to join my new team?
Yes. Your Address Book will automatically contain the names of previous teammates so you can invite them to join your new team.
There are people in my contact address book who I don’t recognize?
The system automatically adds the email addresses of donors and team members to your Address Book. Rest assured, your Address Book contacts are only available to you and not shared with anyone else.
Will my personal fundraising page be carried over from a previous event?
No. For each event your Personal Fundraising Page must be setup anew to continue the journey of telling your story, year after year. We encourage you to upload photos and personalize your story to increase sponsorship to your event.
Can I use the same personal fundraising page URL from a previous event?
No. Each year you will have to use a different personal URL.
Why did I get a notification there are ‘contacts in your address book you have never emailed for this event’ when I first signed in?
We imported your Address Book from a previous event into your new event – which also includes email addresses of previous donors and teammates. The system recognizes that you have not yet emailed them for this event and prompts you to do so. Please be sure to setup your Personal Fundraising Page prior to emailing contacts for sponsorship.
