What types of image files does the system accept?
The system accepts the following types of image files:
•  .gif
•  .png
•  .jpg
•  .jpeg
How do I verify what type of image file my image is?
On your computer, right click on the image file and select Properties. Click the General tab to see the File Type.

Or

Locate and select the file on your computer using Windows Explorer or My Computer. From the View menu, select Details and the File Type will be displayed.
How do I convert my image to .gif, .png, .jpg or .jpeg?
Open the file with a standard photo editing software (i.e., Microsoft Paint, Photo-Editor, Photoshop, etc…) and then re-save the file as .gif, .png, .jpg or .jpeg.
What is the maximum image file size that the system accepts?
The maximum image file size that the system accepts is 2 MB.
What is the maximum number of images I can upload?
You have the ability to upload up to 5 images and create a photo gallery.
How can I add more than one image?

You can upload up to 5 images for your Personal Page.

1.  Click on the Edit Images/Videos link found in the top left corner of the image box.
2.  Click on Select and browse your computer to find the image that you want and click on Open.
3.  Click on Upload Image.
4.  Repeat up to 5 times and click on Save.
How do I delete Images?
To delete an image from your image library, click on the red X in the top, right corner of the image you would like to remove.
How do I change my default image?
Choose your default image by selecting the Main Image radio button below each image you have uploaded. This will be the image that first appears when someone visits your page.
How do I verify what size my image file is
On your computer, right click on the image file and select Properties. The File Size information will be found on the General tab.

Locate and select the file on your computer using Windows Explore or My Computer. From the View menu, select Details and the File Size will be displayed.
How does the system resize my image?
Landscape Images:
1. 
  Landscape Image
(whose width is greater than its height)


   
2.
  The image is scales proportionately
till its Height is 480 pixels.


   
3.
  If the Width of the resulting image is more than 640 pixels it is cropped from the Centre.


   
4.
  If the Width of the resulting image is
less than 640 pixels it is left as is.
Portrait Images:
1. 
  Portrait Image
(whose height is greater than its width)
   
2.
  The image is scaled proportionately
till its Width is 480 pixels.
   
3.
  If the Height of the resulting image is more than 640 pixels it is cropped from the Top Left corner.
   
4.
  If the Height of the resulting image is
less than 640 pixels it is left as is.

My image is cut off when I upload it?
The system automatically re-sizes most images. However, if your original image is extra long vertically, the re-sizing will result in part of the image being cut off.

We recommend that you crop your image using an image editor prior to uploading it to the system or select another image.
What type of video does the system accept?
The system accepts YouTube video links.
What is the maximum number of videos I can upload?
You have the ability to upload up to 2 YouTube video links..
How do I delete a video?
To delete a video from your video library, click on the red X in the top, right corner of the video you would like to remove.
