How do I?
•  Create and send an E-mail Message (from the E-mail Centre)?
•  Save an E-mail Message?
Create and send an E-mail Message (from the E-mail Centre)?
1.  Select a Sample E-mail.
2.  Select the contacts that you would like to e-mail from your Address Book contacts that appear on the right under Contacts Available. Select contact individually, or click on the Select All check box to select all of the contacts in your Address Book.
3.  In the Subject field, type the subject line that you would like to appear in your e-mail.
4.  In the Body field type your message. If you selected a Sample E-mail the default message will appear in the Body of the message. Use the tools at the top of the edit window to edit and format your message as you would within the Microsoft WORD program.
5.  Click Preview to view how you e-mail will look to the recipient. Click the Close button to close the Preview window.
6.  Click Save E-mail Message to save the e-mail under “Your Custom E-mails”.
7.  Click Send E-mail Now to send the e-mail to the contacts that you selected. You will receive a confirmation message on the next page if your e-mail was sent successfully or further instructions if something needs to be adjusted before re-sending.
Save an E-mail Message?
1.  When you are creating your message, click the Save E-mail Message button at the bottom of the page.
2.  A Save As field will appear near the bottom of the page. Name the file.
3.  Click Save E-mail Message.
4.  The message will appear under the Your Custom E-mail section of the Message Centre page with the name that you have given it.
