Does the select all Check Box select all contacts in the filter or only contacts viewable on the page?
The select all box at the top of the table, selects all contacts viewable on that page only, not across subsequent pages. To select all contacts in the filter, please click the
E-mail Filtered Contacts button.
Note: To e-mail all contacts in Follow-ups, filter by:
All Contacts and then click
E-mail Filtered Contacts.
Is the data that I get when I click Export List in the Follow-ups page the same as the data I get when I click on Export List in the Address Book?
No. The data that you get when you click
Export List in the Follow- ups page contains the current follow-up status of your contacts, whereas that data you get when you click on
Export List in the Address Book, contains basic contact information.
Why is the same contact listed multiple times in Follow-ups?
If there are multiple e-mail addresses for a contact, the contact will be treated as separate contacts and therefore listed multiple times.
